Апстракт:
One of the most important prerequisites for a successful and safe traffic is the existence of quality legislation. The paper will analyse the legislation in the Republic of Serbia, which refers to the establishment of a system for the safe conduct of bicycles in traffic. The provisions of the Law on Road Safety, the Law on Public Roads, the Regulation on the division of motor vehicles and trailers and technical conditions for vehicles in road traffic, as well as the Rulebook on Traffic Signals relating to the bicycle traffic are presented. Also, the paper will indicate the daily increase in e bicycles in traffic and transport, on roads in the Republic of Serbia, as well as problems related to the lack of legal regulations governing e-bicycle traffic.
