Апстракт:
The paper discusses the specific heat capacity at constant volume of the monolayer graphene. This specific heat is of fundamental importance in understanding the thermal properties of graphene. It consists of the phononic and electronic components. Research has shown that the electronic component of the specific heat is much smaller than the phonon component and can therefore be neglected. The phonon heat capacity can be analyzed in the Debye approximation of the density of phonon states and in the Komatc approximation of the density of phonon states. The paper analyzed the temperature dependence of the specific heat capacity in both approximations. Also, the effects of all three phonon branches of acoustic phonons (LA, TA, ZA) and their total contribution to specific heat were investigated. For both approximations, the results were compared with experimentally determined values.
